Sarah Mulaner is a registered massage therapist who has helped thousands of people improve their lives through fitness and wellness over the past 25 years. She has run many 10Ks, and half-marathons is a personal trainer and yoga instructor and loves caring for her body through weight training and Pilates.
Sarah has had many losses in her life including the death of both parents, volatile relationships, being a single parent and more. She now supports and coaches clients to overcome their pain and move forward with joy using The Grief Recovery Method and other effective tools.
