Randi, along with her youngest son of 4 boys, David, got her real estate license so she can help more people in a field that she is passionate about. Randi's past Management of a manufacturing company and being a 4th-level CMA have given Randi hands-on experience and success in the business world. Randi Goodman is an award-winning real estate broker, event producer, publisher, and author. She uses her tools and audience to support entrepreneurs to explode their businesses. Randi provides a platform for people to connect, grow, build relationships, joint ventures and find clients.

Randi found her passion for business. Randi’s passion for helping others led her to run several Charity Galas. Her strong business sense and vast business experience prompted her to create Business to Business events, workshops, and a podcast show, including the Toronto’s Women’s Expo, the Empowering Women to Succeed Conference, Wealth Summits, and the Empowerment Radio Show. Trained to speak on stage, Randi shares her knowledge and expertise with small businesses & entrepreneurs all over the world.

As a publisher for eight years under Empowering Women to Succeed, a book series and event, she has helped 200 people become #1 International Best-Selling Authors. Randi has assisted 200 people in becoming #1 International best-selling author with her book series, Empowering Women to Succeed, which has become a major success internationally, and the 365 Empowering Stories book. 

Over the years, she has dedicated herself to learning the technology of marketing online and uses that expertise in networking, marketing, social media, email marketing, lead pages, digital marketing, building sales funnels, podcasting, book writing, publishing, and monetizing to help others step to have more success in their businesses. Randi has over 67,000 students with her online courses in over 169 countries.
