Laura Vella

Laura is currently pursuing her childhood dream, to be an actor. She's passionate about writing and is in the process of writing her own memoir, which she hopes will help encourage and inspire others to heal, set themselves free to find their voice, their light and their true authentic selves.

Laura is also incredibly passionate about nutrition and has studied through the Alive Academy of Natural Nutrition, receiving her diploma in Nutritional Consulting. She lives in Toronto with her cat Stripes, who is the joy and light of her life.
