Kim Ledgerwood is the Co-founder of Crazy Water Girls (Kangen Water), bringing safe, therapeutic drinking water to everyone. She also owns Freedom With Kim, an online branding business. Kim is an international podcast speaker focusing on Addictions, Recovery, and Mental Health. Kim has a diploma in Police Foundations from Humber College, a BA in Justice Studie, and a Masters in Leadership. She also graduated from the FBI Trilogy Leadership Program.


Kim worked as a serving member of the Toronto Police Service for 30 years, 20 Years as a Police Constable, 1.5 years as a Detective, 3.5 years Sergeant, and 5 yrs as a Staff Sgt. She recently retired as a Staff Sergeant. Kim has won a Commendation Award from Toronto Police Service and a Billy Bishop Award for Investigative Excellence.


She has also been a Nominee Participant of Recognition for Women in Ontario Law Enforcement, Teamwork. And most recently, she was nominated for the 2021 Women of Inspiration Award. She is a graduate of Soaring Eagles personal coaching with Peter Ainley, an ongoing student and supporter of Eric Worre: GOPRO lessons, a Bob Proctor graduate, Coach Noel Walrond’s teachings, and an Accountability Leader for an online Coaching Course with Noel Walrond.


As for volunteer work, Kim is a member of the Critical Incident Response Team with TPS. She also volunteered at Alexander Retirement Home in Newmarket and as a Girl Guide Leader. She is the mom of two beautiful young women, Kaitlyn and Kali— 24 and 25 years old. For hobbies, Kim has run in two marathons and is a certified scuba diver. She also loves to travel, exercise, and is an avid golfer. Moving forward, Kim plans on working more on her writing. Apart from Empowering Women: Legacy, she will also be co-authoring the upcoming book: Leaders with Impact. She loves to support others and help them succeed.
