As a new immigrant to Canada, Henry Loo has created a multi-million dollar portfolio, without taking any 9 to 5 jobs, within just a few years. Henry believes that many immigrants can succeed, too, through more passive real estate investing and private lending.
Henry was born in Mauritius, a 61x45 km island off the East coast of Africa in the middle of the Indian Ocean. He is an international award-winning architect and coach who graduated in Marseille, France in 1994 with specialization in property development and investment and retired at 47.
During the last 25 years, Henry has done over 300 international real estate transactions and his goal is to achieve a continuous portfolio growth for multi-generational wealth creation. He has used the following strategies whilst investing internationally; land banking, large residential, commercial & office building development, buy & hold, pre-construction, multi-family, flipping, vacation/short term rental, long-term rental, turn-key properties, wholesaling, private lending, conventional financing, seller financing, joint venture, and experience in listing on the stock exchange.
Henry immigrated to Canada in 2018 with his family and now focuses on real estate investment, development and private lending.
